If you are a new client or have a new pet, you will be asked to fill out some information about your pet, so that we may enter him or her into our computer system.

One of our exam room assistants will then escort you into one of our comfortable examination rooms so that the doctor may fully examine your pet.

If your pet in hospitalized or in the clinic for routine surgery, we also have a separate "consultation room" for discussing discharge instructions with you in quiet environment.

If you have a new puppy, kitten, dog, or cat, the assistant will try to get a new photograph of him or her to post up on our "new pet" bulletin board.

If, after a thorough comprehensive examination, the doctor determines that your pet needs vaccines or any medications, we have a full pharmacy, on-site, for your convenience.
