Pennfield Animal Hospital was established in 1960 by Drs. Calender and Luneke and has been serving the Battle Creek area for 50 years. The current facility was built in 1992,  providing excellent health care for your pets in a comfortable setting.

Location

The hospital is located on M-66 Highway (Capital Ave. NE), about 1 mile north of  M-66 Bowl. It lies on the west side of the road and is just south of St. Mary's Lake Road.

Appointments      
                  
We operate by scheduled appointments, although emergencies will be handled immediately. Medical problems can usually be managed with scheduled drop-offs if the appointment schedule is already full.
     
 Emergency Service    
                  
 If your pet has an after hours emergency, please call 964-0966 for instructions on contacting a doctor. A doctor will usually call you back within 10 minutes. On weekends, our hospital will rotate emergency services with other local area veterinary hospitals and you will be instructed where to call.
     
 Payment Polices     
                  
 Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. There is a $15.00 fee for returned checks; outstanding balances are charged a 1.5% billing fee monthly.
